Nainesh Kotak, B.A. (Hon.), LLB
Barrister-at-Law, Solicitor & Notary Public Nainesh received his honours Bachelor’s degree from York University in 1989. He then graduated with distinction from the University of Ottawa Law School in 1992. He articled with O’Connor and McLeod in Oakville and has been in private practice since being called to the bar in 1994.
Nainesh practices exclusively in the area of Personal Injury Litigation and Insurance Law. He is committed to assisting those hurt in accidents or who have been wrongfully denied compensation and benefits from insurance companies.
Nainesh is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of Upper Canada.
